The wetland adjacent to the Kasavanahalli lake had become terra firma under the heat of the summer sun in April. With the rain in May, the earth happily lapped up the water and eventually the enclosed area started to flood. The rains birthed new life into the land and the place is awash in green👇. And where there is water there is water hyacinth.
