Itinerary for a weekend in downtown Bangalore πŸ™

There is no dearth of activities that you can partake in Bangalore and a weekend is hardly enough time for all indulgences. But given a weekend we managed to cram in a staycation, a walking trail, shopping, a fantastic restaurant and even tour a palace ! It was a welcome break from the homebound weekends were were having all these months. It was a mini holiday exploring Namma Bengaluru πŸš™πŸ’¨

Monday πŸ—“

It checked all the boxes – shopping, history, walks and relaxation; a good way to switch off mentally and to reboot for the next couple of weeks.

A landmark on MG Road, Bangalore; HigginBothams for the bibliophiles

For shopping, MG Road, Brigade road and the 1 MG mall are all in close proximity to the hotel. It’s the beginning of the festival season and all the shops have sales going on. The newly paved Commercial street is easily accessible by an autorickshaw and it is buzzing with shoppers. These four places will have all the brands and unbranded stuff you covet. So good time to enjoy some retail therapy πŸ›.

Till next post, take care !!
