We were once again at the Hole in the Wall cafe at Koramangala. A 30 minute wait for a table, no problems…. we set ourselves comfortably on the waiting bench. In addition to the usual crowd of bipedals, we had also in line some cute furry friends. They were extremely well behaved 😘
Finally it was our turn and the food was as always super !! The Lemon & Ginger juice was excellent ✨
After the meal, we set off to a newly opened home decor shop in town called Ellementry. at Indiranagar, Bangalore. The objects on display were pretty and pricey. I gave in to temptation and bought a few pieces.
Growing up, I never cared much for plates and crockery. We too had the daily use plates and the special occasion ones. But after marriage, I saw my mom-in-law’s crockery cupboard. It was almost an entire wall in the dining room and the display was beautiful; her collection of plates and bowls were tastefully arranged and the showcase was a conversation piece. And she was partial to Corelle and white crockery with pretty designs. Soon I too caught the Corelle love bug. Let’s hope these last as long as my Corelle.
