Four friends together for four days of fun in Dubai …….. and immediately I am recollecting the scenes from the movie Sex and the City 2. The similarity however ends with the four girlfriends; in the movie they visit Abu Dhabi, but here the four of us are off to Dubai !!
Travel & Stay
We travelled in the 2nd week of March. I travelled by Emirates from Bangalore to Dubai, while two of my friends took Air India from Kochi to Dubai. We were staying with the fourth friend at her home in Dubai, so we had all the comforts of home.
Weather & Clothes
The days are hot, but we were hopping from air-conditioned cabs to air-conditioned malls and buildings, so we were good. The outdoor activities were planned for the evenings and the weather was pleasant. Evenings are cool and a light jacket is recommended.
Itinerary
Day #1: Arrival in Dubai and Dubai Mall+ Burj Khalifa + Dubai Fountain
Day #2: Ibn Battuta Mall and Desert Safari
Day #3: Mall of the Emirates and Karama + Gold Souk + Spice Souk + Dubai Creek
Day #4: Dolphinarium and Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina
There are many other attractions to see like the Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden and lots of things to do also, but our days were packed and there is always the next time………
